TAKING NEW WORKSOFTWARE ENGINEERINGAPPLIED AI ANALYTICSSHERIDAN, WYOMING

We ship the software and the models nobody
else wanted to touch. Boring on purpose.

SUMMIT REACH is a senior-led crew of engineers and data scientists who build production systems and the AI analytics that sit on top of them. We don't pitch roadmaps. We ship the dashboard your ops lead actually opens on Monday morning.

 TWO OPERATING DIVISIONS

One crew. Two disciplines. They ship together.

Most shops split software people and ML people into separate buildings, then act surprised when the model never reaches production. We staff both on every engagement, from day one. That's why our models actually ship, and our software actually answers the question you hired it to answer.

DIV · 01 SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

Custom software, internal tools, and platforms that age well.

Web apps, APIs, data platforms, integrations, command-line tooling. Built in Python, Go, and TypeScript. Wired to a real CI/CD spine. Handed off with documentation a junior engineer can actually follow without filing a ticket.

FROM $18,400 · 4–10 WEEKS · FIXED SCOPE
  • Greenfield product engineering, end-to-end
  • Internal admin tools and operations consoles
  • API design, integrations, migration plans
  • Cloud infra on AWS / GCP / bare metal
  • Observability and on-call playbooks
DIV · 02 AI ANALYTICS

Models, pipelines, and analytics that pay rent.

Forecasting, anomaly detection, document understanding, retrieval-augmented assistants, and the boring pipelines underneath that nobody wants to demo but everybody needs. We don't ship pretty notebooks. We ship things that survive a quarter on call.

FROM $24,800 · 6–12 WEEKS · OUTCOME-BASED
  • Forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection
  • RAG assistants on your own knowledge base
  • Document and PDF extraction at scale
  • Feature stores, eval harnesses, model monitoring
  • Analytics dashboards your team will actually open
 CAPABILITIES

Nine things we do, usually at the same time.

CAP · 01

Product engineering

Greenfield web and mobile apps, from architecture brief to launch checklist. Strong opinions, weakly held.

TSPythonGoNext.jsFastAPI
CAP · 02

Data platforms

Lake, warehouse, or both. Pipelines you can reason about. Schemas you can search. Models you can roll back without praying.

DBTAirflowSnowflakeDuckDB
CAP · 03

ML pipelines

Training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring. The unglamorous plumbing most stacks skip and most demos pretend doesn't exist.

PyTorchMLflowTriton
CAP · 04

LLM systems

RAG assistants, structured extraction, agentic workflows. Built so you can swap the model next quarter without rewriting your app.

RAGEvalsOpenAIvLLM
CAP · 05

Forecasting & ops AI

Demand, churn, capacity, anomaly. Cross-validated, monitored, tied to a decision someone in your org actually makes on a Tuesday.

Time-seriesProphetXGBoost
CAP · 06

Internal platforms

Admin consoles and ops tooling. The back-of-house systems your team lives in for eight hours a day and never gets to show off.

ReactPostgresTailwind
CAP · 07

Integrations

Stripe, Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, custom EDI. The connective tissue, with retries and replays that work the first time the network blinks.

WebhooksKafkaREST
CAP · 08

Cloud & infra

Terraform, CI/CD, observability, on-call. Your platform should be boring on purpose. We make it boring.

AWSGCPTerraform
CAP · 09

Embedded crews

We staff inside your team for a quarter or two. Leave behind documentation, runbooks, and engineers we trained on the way out.

 CLIENT FIELD REPORTS

What the people we shipped to actually said.

"

They walked in, took our worst pipeline, and turned it into the most boring system we own. Highest compliment I can give a piece of software.

Mara Whitfield
VP Data Engineering · Skyland Freight Co.

The first time the anomaly model paged us before the customer did, I bought everyone dinner. That dinner paid for the engagement.

Daniel Aoki · CTO · Caelum Health Systems

Most agencies hand you a demo. SUMMIT REACH handed us an on-call rotation, runbooks, and a Slack channel that stays quiet. Three quarters in. Still quiet.

Priya Mahesh · Head of Platform · Northforge Industrial
 HOW WE WORK

Four phases. No mystery in between.

Every engagement runs on the same rails. Scope it. Frame the data. Ship a vertical slice. Harden and hand off. You always know which phase we're in, and you always know when we're done.

PHASE · 01

Survey

Two-week paid discovery. We read the code, talk to the people, and write a scope document with risks named out loud instead of buried in the appendix.

DURATION · 1–2 WK
PHASE · 02

Frame

Architecture, data contracts, model approach, evaluation plan. One short document your board can read and your engineers can build from. Same document.

DURATION · 1 WK
PHASE · 03

Ship

Weekly demos. Fortnightly deploys. Real users on staging by week four. Scope changes treated as a signal, not a sin.

DURATION · 4–10 WK
PHASE · 04

Harden

Load tests, model drift monitors, on-call docs, paired sessions with your engineers. We leave once your team tells us to. Sometimes before.

DURATION · 2–4 WK
FULL OPERATING PROCEDURE
 FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions we hear in the first call.

Both, on purpose. Every engagement gets one senior engineer plus one ML or analytics lead from day one. The boundary between application code and model code is the place projects go to die. Keeping both on the same team is how we keep that boundary quiet.
Mid-market in logistics, healthtech, industrial, and B2B SaaS. Typically post-Series A through PE-backed. Real data, real operational pressure, and someone at the table who has been burned by an agency before. We don't pitch on hype. We pitch on the line item we can move.
That's the contract. Every project ends with documentation, on-call playbooks, and two to four weeks of paired work with your engineers. We'd rather be invited back than locked in.
Typical projects land between $40K and $180K, depending on scope. Discovery is a fixed $9,200, billed up front, credited toward the build if you proceed. The pricing page lists tiers and example scopes if you want specifics before a call.
Sheridan, Wyoming. We work async across US time zones with overlap in Mountain. About a third of our active clients we've never met in person. The rest we've visited at least once on site. Yes, we have decent internet.
Yes. We've shipped inside SOC 2 Type II programs, HIPAA-covered workloads, and one CJIS-regulated environment. We won't pretend FedRAMP is easy. We do know what the gates look like.
